Wrap Around Care

Welcome to Our Warm and Welcoming Wrap Around Club!

We’re a small, friendly team offering a nurturing “home-from-home” environment for primary school children from Reception age up to Year 6. Our wrap around care is designed to support busy families with both before and after school sessions.

Breakfast Club runs from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, with a variety of healthy options available at our morning breakfast bar before we head off to school.
After School Club is open until 6:00 pm, where children can enjoy a delicious high tea.

Our dedicated Wrap Around floor is thoughtfully set up for every age group:

• Younger children can dive into imaginative play in our home corner, build in the construction zone, or curl up with a book on the cosy sofa.
• Older children (8–12 years) have their own space to relax.

In every session, we provide a mix of free play and engaging planned activities, including crafts, baking, and seasonal fun all within a caring and relaxed setting.

We currently offer school drop-offs and collections at:

• Hoylake Holy Trinity
• Our Lady of Pity
• Great Meols

Our wrap around club is based within our Kingsmead setting, where children benefit from a large outdoor space that we use as often as the weather allows!

We pride ourselves on flexibility and offer two booking options:

Option 1: Regular Booking Patterns

• Minimum of two set sessions per week required.
• Rates: £5.00 per breakfast club session, £10.00 per after-school session.
• Invoicing is handled through the Famly App.
• Additional sessions beyond your regular pattern can be requested via the app.
• This option is a recurring booking, meaning your selected sessions are automatically scheduled each week through our system. This ensures your child has a consistent place without the need to rebook every week.

Option 2: Ad Hoc Bookings

• Perfect for families who do not need regular weekly sessions.
• Rates: £7.50 per breakfast club session, £12.50 per after-school session.
• Sessions are booked via the Famly App by parents and approved by tthe team, subject to availability.
